Amanda Sterling

356f558Amanda is an organisational development practitioner with nearly 10 years experience in human resources practice. She has been a consistent blogger and tweeter for over a year now and hooked on the potential for social media to facilitate learning and communication.

Amanda has presented at University research forums on learning methodology, contributed to the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ) magazine and blog and will see her first publication this year in one of the top international journals for human resources: the Journal of Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the HRINZ comittee for 2013.
